Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Each order is carefully prepared within 48 hours maximum. Home delivery then takes on average 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and time of year.

Your plants travel in protective, breathable, and eco-designed packaging, specially designed for plant transport.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Verdeia delivers to 19 European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

Deliveries are made to your home by carriers specialized in transporting live plants, to ensure their safety and freshness.

How much does delivery cost?

Fees vary depending on your destination country and the amount of your order. Beyond the applicable threshold, delivery is free.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your package in real time until it reaches your door. This link is also accessible from your Verdeia customer account.

What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant was damaged during transport, contact us within 48 hours at hello@verdeia.eu attaching photos of the plant and the package.

Depending on the situation, we offer a replacement, a partial or full refund, or personalized advice to help the plant recover from the journey.

Our Zen Arrival Guarantee covers the condition of your plants upon receipt. Each case is reviewed individually.

Can I group several plants in the same order?

Yes, we group your items in a single shipment whenever possible, to reduce environmental impact and ensure simultaneous delivery. If some products require separate shipping, you will be informed at dispatch.

Do you ship on weekends and public holidays?

Shipments take place Monday to Friday to avoid plants being stored over the weekend. Orders placed after Friday noon are shipped the following Monday.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@verdeia.eu. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will take the necessary steps. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, changes depend on the possibilities offered by them.

Are there plants non-toxic to pets?

How to choose a plant for my balcony, terrace, or garden?

Our outdoor plants are classified according to:

  • their ideal exposure (sun, partial shade, shade),
  • their resistance to wind and heat,
  • and the type of space available.

Are your plants delivered with a pot?

Most of our plants are delivered in their cultivation pot, ready to be repotted or simply placed in a decorative pot.

We also offer a selection of pots, decorative pots, and accessories to style your plants.

Where do your plants come from?

Our plants are mostly grown in the Netherlands, the world’s horticultural cradle. For over four centuries, this region has concentrated the greatest horticultural expertise on the planet: family nurseries, cutting-edge varietal research, and unique infrastructures worldwide.

This proximity guarantees freshness, quality, and perfect adaptation to the European climate.

Payment & Security

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following secure payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and Union Pay.

All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through certified partners to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, thanks to Klarna, you can pay your order in several installments without fees. The option is offered automatically at checkout, subject to eligibility.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, your invoice is sent automatically by email once payment is confirmed. It is also available anytime from your Verdeia customer account.

How to care for a plant bought from Verdeia?

How to water my plants properly?

Watering is the key to a plant’s health. Check out our complete watering guide to learn everything: frequency, amount, ideal water, and diagnosis of common problems.

What to do if my plant seems tired after delivery?

Slight stress is normal after transport. Place the plant in a bright spot without direct sun, let it adapt for a few days, and water lightly.

If it shows worrying signs, contact us within 48h with a photo: we will offer a suitable solution depending on the situation.
