It offers the ideal balance between decorative presence and reasonable footprint, perfect for most indoor spaces without being too imposing.
Exposure & location
The Spathiphyllum Vivaldi appreciates Partial shade with bright indirect light. It tolerates low light but will flower less.
- Exposure: Partial shade, bright indirect light, tolerates low light.
- Ideal: living room, office, bedroom, bathroom or bright room without direct sunlight.
- Temperature: 18 to 25 °C, without sudden variations.
- Substrate: light, rich and well-drained, universal potting soil with perlite.
Verdeia tip: the brighter the light (without direct sun), the more abundant the flowering will be.
Watering & care
- Watering: regular; keep the substrate slightly moist without soaking.
- Frequency: about 1-2 times per week in spring-summer, reduce in winter.
- Drainage: essential — use a pot with drainage holes and well-draining substrate.
- Humidity: prefers 50-70% humidity, mist occasionally or dust the leaves.
- Fertilizer: once every 2-4 weeks in spring-summer with diluted liquid fertilizer for flowering plants.
- Wilted flowers: cut flower stems at the base once the flowers have browned.
The Spathiphyllum signals thirst by dropping its leaves — water it and it will quickly straighten up.
Decor ideas & plant pairings

- To pair with: Calathea, Maranta, Ficus, Monstera, or other tropical plants to create an elegant urban jungle.
