- Temperature: 18 to 25 °C, without sudden changes.

Verdeia tip: its silver highlights bring light even to dark rooms.
Watering & care
- Watering: moderate; let the surface of the substrate dry slightly between waterings.
- Frequency: once a week in spring-summer, reduce in autumn-winter.
- Water quality: use non-limescale water at room temperature (ideally rainwater or filtered water).
- Humidity: regularly mist the foliage to maintain high humidity.
- Drainage: essential — use a perforated decorative pot with well-draining substrate.
- Fertilizer: once a month from April to September with a liquid fertilizer for green plants diluted by half.
- Cleaning: gently wipe the leaves with a damp cloth to preserve their silver shine.
The Aglaonema is a robust and tolerant plant that forgives occasional watering forgetfulness.

- Ideal pot: decorative pot in matte ceramic (white, gray, black) or natural woven basket to highlight the silver reflections.
- Ambiance: perfect for an urban jungle, contemporary, minimalist, or bohemian style. The silver foliage brings light and elegance.
The silver reflections contrast beautifully with plants with solid dark green or colored foliage.
Verdeia tips
- Optimal humidity: regularly mist the foliage or place the decorative pot on a tray of moist clay pebbles to maintain a tropical atmosphere.
- Leaves browning: sign of air too dry or water too hard. Increase humidity and use filtered water.
- Leaves yellowing: excess water or lack of drainage. Reduce watering.
- Silver reflections turning green: lack of light. Move to a brighter location (but without direct sunlight).
- Repotting: every 2-3 years in spring in a light and well-draining substrate.
A true tropical gem, the Aglaonema Maria enchants with its spectacular silver reflections and robustness. A perfect plant to bring light and elegance to dark rooms.
