The warranty covers: damage related to transport, severely weakened plant upon arrival, preparation errors. Not covered: damage occurring after several days of acclimation or due to improper care.

Verdeia tips
- Upon receipt, take the plant out of its box and allow it 24 to 48 hours to acclimate in a bright place without direct sunlight.
- Check the soil moisture before watering; add a little water only if the surface is dry.
- Avoid heat sources and drafts, and keep a slightly humid atmosphere to preserve the beauty of the foliage.
- Wait 2 to 3 weeks before any repotting, allowing the plant time to stabilize.
- Gently wipe the leaves to remove dust and observe them: slight stress during the first few days is completely normal.

The Citrus Calamondin, also called apartment orange tree, is a small decorative citrus with dense and shiny foliage, whose white flowers emit a delightfully sweet and refreshing fragrance. Its small orange fruits add a bright and Mediterranean touch to any urban space.
Originating from Southeast Asia, the Calamondin adapts well to bright indoor life as well as sheltered outdoor spaces, on a sunny balcony or terrace. Easy to grow, it charms as much for its beauty as for its captivating aroma.

The Citrus Calamondin loves light: it thrives in very bright exposure, even full sun. It appreciates warmth but fears cold and wind.
- Exposure: full sun to light partial shade.
- Ideal location: sheltered balcony or terrace, or very bright interior.
- Temperature: between 18 and 28 °C, bring indoors as soon as temperatures drop below 10 °C.
- Substrate: well-drained, rich and slightly acidic (mix of potting soil + compost + sand).

Watering & maintenance
- Watering: regular, about once a week in summer, letting the surface of the soil dry slightly between waterings.
- Fertilizer: every 15 to 20 days in spring and summer, with a special citrus fertilizer.
- Pruning: light after fruiting to maintain a compact shape.
- Repotting: every 2 years in spring, into a slightly larger pot.
- Winter: bring indoors to a bright and temperate room (15–18 °C).
Avoid excess water: its roots do not like stagnant moisture.

All our plants are carefully selected from our European partner producers.
Before shipping, they are watered, cleaned, and protected by breathable and secure packaging.
Each package is designed to ensure that your plant arrives in perfect health and without stress related to transport.
Will the plant look exactly like the photo?
The photos shown are true to the variety and the announced size (pot diameter and approximate height).
Each plant being unique, slight differences in shape, foliage, or shade may exist — that is what makes them so charming!
What are the delivery times and conditions?
Shipping is done within 48 business hours, with tracked delivery throughout Europe.
Plants are shipped from Monday to Wednesday to prevent them from being stuck over the weekend.
You receive a tracking link as soon as the package is dispatched.
What to do upon receiving my plant?
Open your package upon receipt, carefully remove the plant from its packaging and let it acclimate for 24 hours in its new environment before watering it.
If it has slightly suffered from transport, it will quickly regain its shape after one or two days in the light.
Can I put this plant outside?
It depends on the species. Most indoor plants prefer a bright place without direct sunlight, while outdoor plants like more direct light.

What to do if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant appears to have suffered during transport, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the problem.

Can I return a plant?
Since plants are living beings, we do not accept standard returns.
However, we guarantee good health upon delivery: if the plant arrives damaged, it will be replaced free of charge.
For any other case (order error, cache-pot, accessory), returns are possible within 14 days.
