Delivery & returns

At Verdeia, every plant matters. We do everything possible to ensure it reaches you fresh, healthy, and radiant, wherever you are in Europe. Our shipments use eco-friendly packaging designed to protect the plants while minimizing environmental impact.


Origin & logistics

Our plants come from the heart of European nurseries, mainly located in the Netherlands, France, and Spain. We favor European and sustainable supply chains to preserve freshness, quality, and to control the carbon footprint related to transport.


Delivery areas

We deliver to 26 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Deliveries are made only to home addresses, by carrier adapted to living products. Pickup points are not offered for plants.


Delivery fees

  • Free delivery from €50 purchase
  • 3,90 € flat participation fee for any order under €50

These fees cover preparation, secure packaging, and tracked transport. Each package is traceable.


Preparation & delivery times

  • Preparation: within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation
  • Delivery: 2 to 4 business days on average (depending on country and period)

These times may vary slightly (weather conditions, carrier, fragile varieties requiring specific padding). Our priority: a fast arrival in perfect health.


Receipt of your order

Each plant is packaged in a protective and breathable packaging: shockproof structure, pot and foliage support, humidity control. Upon receipt, open your package as soon as possible so the plants regain light and moisture. Slight stress (curved leaves) may occur and disappears within a few days.

If your plant arrives damaged

We are here to help :

  1. Take photos of the plant and the package on the day of receipt.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@verdeia.eu with your order number and photos.

Possible solutions (depending on the case):

  • Replacement of the plant (if available)
  • Full or partial refund
  • Voucher for a future order
  • Personalized advice to help the plant recover from transport

Return policy & right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day period from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Live products (plants)

For reasons of freshness and plant health, plants cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases of preparation error or proven damage upon receipt.

Accessories, pots, and non-perishable items

Non-living items can be returned in their original, unused packaging within 14 days. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in case of our error.


Return procedure

Write to us at hello@verdeia.eu specifying:

  • the order number,
  • the product(s) concerned,
  • the reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions. After validation, the refund is processed within 7 business days via the same payment method.
