If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:
• Contact us within 48h with photos
• Free replacement or full refund
• No return necessary - we trust you
⚠️ Important: Withdrawal right
In accordance with European legislation, live plants are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right as they are perishable goods.
Our quality guarantee remains valid: if you are not satisfied with the condition of your plant upon receipt, we find a solution within 48h.
✓ Returns accepted for:
• Pots, decorative pots and accessories: 14-day withdrawal right
• Products unopened in their original packaging
• Return at your expense (except defective product)

Can I return a plant if I don't like it?
No, live plants cannot be returned (perishable goods). If the plant arrives in poor condition, we will replace it or refund you.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, contact us at hello@verdeia.eu before shipping (within 24 hours).
What should I do if I am absent at delivery?
The carrier will leave a delivery notice. You can pick up your package at a pickup point or reschedule the delivery.
Do you deliver to pickup points?
To preserve the health of the plants, we prioritize home delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
What if my plant dies after a few days?
Our guarantee covers the condition upon receipt. For care, consult our maintenance guides or contact us.
