Our prices correspond to a contribution to shipping costs. Beyond the threshold, we cover the costs ourselves.

We carefully prepare your order within 48 hours maximum before shipping. Each plant is checked, watered if necessary, and individually packaged.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped to track your delivery in real time.

Return policy and guarantee

We guarantee the arrival of your plants in perfect condition.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:

• Contact us within 48 hours with photos

• Depending on the situation: replacement, partial or full refund

• We carefully review each case to find the best solution

Important: Withdrawal Right

In accordance with European legislation, live plants are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right as they are perishable goods.

Our quality guarantee remains valid: if you are not satisfied with the condition of your plant upon receipt, we will find a solution within 48 hours.

Returns accepted for:

Pots, decorative pots and accessories: 14-day withdrawal right

• Products unopened in their original packaging

• Return at your expense (except defective product)

Order cancellation

You can request cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipping.

To do this, contact us as soon as possible at hello@verdeia.eu by providing your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible: you can then exercise your rights to return and refund under the conditions described above and below.

Refund: timing and conditions

Once your cancellation or return is approved, we process the refund within 48 hours, using the same payment method used for the order.

Its appearance on your account then depends on the processing times of your bank.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a plant if I don’t like it?

No, live plants cannot be returned (perishable goods). If the plant arrives in poor condition, we will replace it or refund you.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@verdeia.euIf your order has not yet been shipped, we will take care of it. Once the package is with the carrier, changes depend on the options offered by them.

What if I am not home at delivery?

The carrier will leave a delivery notice. You can pick up your package at the pickup point or reschedule delivery.

Do you deliver to pickup points?

Yes, you can choose delivery to a pickup point directly via the tracking link the carrier will provide after shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

What if my plant dies after a few days?

Our guarantee covers the condition upon receipt. For care, consult our care guides or contact us.
