Senecio Cephalophorus — Succulent "Ruby Slippers" (10.5 cm x 15 cm)
🌵 Graphic succulent • ☀️ Sun / Bright interior • 💧 Low watering • ❄️ Not very hardy • 🪴 Easy care
Native to the arid regions of South Africa, the Senecio cephalophorus, also called "Ruby Slippers" or "Scarlet Senecio", captivates with its blue-green fleshy foliage with red or purplish reflections under intense light. It is a robust plant, both graphic and colorful, perfect for bright interiors or sunny balconies.
Easy to care for, this succulent adds a contemporary and natural touch to your space while requiring very little maintenance. In summer, it produces small yellow flowers that nicely contrast with its thick leaves.

- Ideal: windowsill, balcony, or sunny terrace.
- Temperature: 10 to 24 °C, avoid freezing temperatures.

Watering & care

- Winter: reduce watering to the strict minimum.
- Fertilizer: once a month in spring and summer with a special cactus fertilizer.
- Care: remove dry leaves and trim overly long stems to maintain a nice shape.
