- Do not fill the jar completely — keep the water at about 1/3 of the height. Roots need an air zone above the water level to absorb oxygen. Roots fully submerged all the time will eventually rot, even hydroponically.
- Change the water regularly — every 2 to 3 weeks, completely empty the jar, rinse it and the roots with fresh water, then refill. Stagnant water breeds bacteria that damage roots and cause bad odors.
- Root browning is normal — submerged roots naturally turn brown over time. As long as the leaves stay healthy, this is harmless. Black, soft roots indicate stagnant water.

Can I return a plant?
Since plants are living beings, standard returns are not possible. However, we guarantee good health upon delivery: if the plant arrives damaged, it will be replaced free of charge. For any other cases (order error, decorative pot, accessory), returns are possible within 14 days.
